Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, feeling right at home from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect, right on the main plaza, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was satisfying and the staff were incredibly helpful, especially Samir, who went the extra mile for us. However, I did encounter some noise issues from the nearby reception area, which could be disruptive if you’re sensitive to sound, especially in the early mornings.
I had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel in Cusco, where the atmosphere felt cozy and welcoming right from the beginning. The service was outstanding, especially from Samir, who was super helpful throughout our visit. The location is fantastic, right off the plaza, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was satisfying, although the dining options could have been more varied. Overall, this hotel provided great value for money, making it a memorable experience.
The hotel is right in the center of the city, making it super convenient to explore all the attractions. I really appreciated the cozy rooms with hot water and included breakfast, which was a nice touch. However, I did have some noise issues due to the reception being close to my room, which affected my sleep. Overall, it's a good place, but just be mindful of the room you choose for a peaceful stay.
This boutique hotel offers a unique experience with charming old-world architecture and a prime location near the Plaza de Armas. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. While the noise from nearby festivities can be disruptive at times, and the breakfast options could be improved, the overall stay was enjoyable and convenient.
I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel nestled in the heart of Cuzco. The historic ambiance combined with modern amenities provided great value for the price. The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to help, especially when dealing with altitude sickness. On the downside, dining options were somewhat limited and the room could have used a closet for our jackets.
